These wheels of energy flow through your being, receiving energy from the chakras above them, and pouring that energy into the one below- and in reverse, too! They are the expression of our health and wellbeing on every level; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

When we experience hurt, trauma or imbalance on any one of these levels, it is reflected in the chakra that corresponds to that trauma. This can result in that energy centre becoming closed off, its energy muddied and diminished.
